Observations about ELLs

Unfortunately, I have not seen strategies in my classroom that are aimed at helping ELLs. I am in a fourth grade class, and all of our ELLs are fluent in English at this point. They are no longered pulled out for services. I think there is a push in ESL teacher, but this is on Thursdays when I am not there. I would like to see more, but it is not really necessary in my classroom, and if it is still necessary, these strategies are absent.
